Nevada City, California with freight and insurance added to the invoice at time of shipment. Taxes Automata's prices do not include sales, use, excise or other taxes. Accordingly, buyer shall, in addition to prices specified by Automata, pay any sales, use, excise or other tax attributable to the sale of the goods covered hereby, or, in lieu thereof provide Automata with tax exemption certificates acceptable to the taxing authorities. Returns/Restocks If for any reason an unused product is returned to
Automata within 60 days, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied and a credit
memo will be issued at that time. Prior to returning the product call
530-478-5882 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Warranty Policy Automata, Inc. warrants that products manufactured by Automata are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of shipment from our factory. Automata's obligations under this warranty are limited to replacing or repairing, at its option, any of the products determined to be defective. This warranty shall not apply to any equipment that has been repaired or altered, except by Automata, or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. In no case shall Automata' s liability exceed the original purchase price. For products purchased and resold by Automata, the manufacturer's warranty applies. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory. All other Warranties (whether expressed, implied, or statutory), including, WITHOUT LIMITATION, Warranties of Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded. No person is authorized to extend or alter the terms of this limited warranty. Replacement components have a warranty of ninety days or the remaining term of the original Limited Two Year Warranty, whichever is longer.
